About Enlighten The Shadows
Enlighten The Shadows is a local men’s mental health group looking to prevent male suicide. Enlighten The Shadows are particularly passionate about reaching men suffering in silence with their mental health. 12 men die a day from suicide. ETS will never stop in their mission to bring light into the darkness of men’s lives.
In September, ETS will be starting a brand new football provision working with Mansfield Town Community Trust, over at Oak Tree Leisure Centre. This activity is for any age above 18 and any ability, and is a perfect chance to get to know some new people or old faces for a kick about.
The new football session is a good chance to blow off some steam and a chance to offload afterwards with the Men’s Mental Health Group, Enlighten The Shadows
